This Privacy Policy explains how Dillaman Research and Development, Inc. ("DillaDev," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in RepliRest, including the RepliRest iPhone app, iPad app, Apple Watch app, widgets, and related features.

RepliRest is designed as a privacy-first sleep and recovery companion. It uses Apple Health data and user-entered habits to generate informational sleep, recovery, trend, forecast, and report features. RepliRest is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or emergency guidance.

Information RepliRest Handles

RepliRest may handle the following information, depending on which features you use and which permissions you grant.

Apple Health Data

If you connect Apple Health, RepliRest requests read access to health and fitness data that may include:

  • Sleep Analysis
  • Heart Rate
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Heart Rate Variability SDNN
  • Respiratory Rate
  • Blood Oxygen, when available
  • Wrist Temperature, when available
  • Active Energy
  • Workouts

RepliRest uses this data to calculate sleep sessions, sleep stages, sleep score, recovery score, readiness estimates, trends, personal baselines, predictions, and reports.

RepliRest does not sell Apple Health data. RepliRest does not use Apple Health data for advertising or tracking. RepliRest does not sync raw Apple Health samples to a RepliRest-operated backend.

Habit Journal And Notes

If you use the Habit Journal, RepliRest may store information you enter, such as:

  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • Late meals
  • Workouts
  • Stress level
  • Screen time
  • Medication or supplement notes
  • Illness
  • Travel
  • Naps
  • Bedroom temperature notes
  • Freeform notes

These entries are used to generate local habit summaries, correlations, coaching cards, pattern discoveries, and reports.

Settings And Preferences

RepliRest may store app settings and preferences, including:

  • Sleep goal
  • Bedtime target
  • Wake target
  • Reminder preferences
  • Demo mode preference
  • Theme and display preferences
  • Export preferences
  • Optional iCloud sync preference

Derived Sleep And Recovery Insights

RepliRest may generate and store derived insights, including:

  • Sleep score
  • Recovery score
  • Readiness score
  • Sleep debt
  • Sleep consistency
  • Sleep timelines
  • Trend summaries
  • Digital twin baselines
  • Knowledge graph relationships
  • Pattern discoveries
  • Sleep predictions
  • Recovery forecasts
  • Exported reports

These are informational wellness estimates based on your recent data and settings.

Purchase And Subscription Information

RepliRest uses StoreKit to offer Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, and Lifetime Unlock purchases. Apple processes payments through your Apple ID. RepliRest may store local entitlement status, product identifiers, subscription state, purchase date, expiration date, and restore status so premium features can be unlocked.

RepliRest does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, message content, device/app details you choose to share, and any attachments you send. We use support communications to respond to your request and improve RepliRest.

How RepliRest Uses Information

RepliRest uses information to:

  • Display sleep and recovery dashboards.
  • Build sleep timelines, trends, and reports.
  • Compare your recent sleep to your personal baseline.
  • Generate local habit correlations and cautious insights.
  • Estimate sleep forecasts and recovery forecasts.
  • Provide Apple Watch, widget, notification, and reminder features.
  • Generate CSV and PDF exports when you request them.
  • Manage subscriptions, premium access, and restore purchases.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Improve app reliability and user experience.

RepliRest does not use HealthKit data for advertising, user tracking, or sale to data brokers.

Local Storage

RepliRest is designed to store sleep settings, habit entries, derived analytics, and app preferences locally on your device. Apple Health data remains managed by Apple Health and is only read after you grant permission.

You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

Optional iCloud Sync

RepliRest may offer optional iCloud sync through Apple's CloudKit private database. If you enable this feature, RepliRest may sync settings, habit journal entries, preferences, and derived analytics to your private iCloud account so they can be available on your devices.

Raw Apple Health samples are not intended to be synced by RepliRest. Optional iCloud sync is user-controlled and can be disabled in app settings.

Data stored in iCloud is also subject to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy practices.

Apple Watch, Widgets, And WatchConnectivity

RepliRest may sync selected derived metrics from iPhone to Apple Watch, such as sleep score, recovery score, bedtime target, duration summaries, and forecast summaries. Widgets may display selected sleep, recovery, duration, and bedtime reminder information.

These features are intended to show compact summaries and do not create medical alerts.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, RepliRest may send local reminders such as bedtime reminders, Apple Watch charge reminders, sleep goal reminders, and morning sleep report reminders. Notification permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.

Exports

If you generate CSV or PDF exports, RepliRest creates local files on your device. You control whether to save, share, email, print, or delete those files. Once you share an export outside RepliRest, that copy is handled by the service or person you shared it with.

Data Sharing

RepliRest does not sell your personal information.

RepliRest may share or process data only in limited cases:

  • With Apple services you use, such as Apple Health, StoreKit, iCloud, CloudKit, WatchConnectivity, widgets, and notifications.
  • When you choose to export or share a report.
  • When you contact support and provide information to us.
  • If required to comply with law, legal process, or enforce our rights.
  • In connection with a business transaction, such as merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

RepliRest does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking in the current app design.

Your Choices

You can:

  • Decline or revoke Apple Health permissions.
  • Use Demo Mode instead of Apple Health data.
  • Disable notifications in iOS Settings.
  • Disable optional iCloud sync in RepliRest settings.
  • Delete local app data using in-app controls where available.
  • Delete RepliRest from your device to remove local app data, subject to iOS backup and iCloud behavior.
  • Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Contact support@dilladev.com for privacy questions or data requests.

Data Retention

RepliRest keeps local app data for as long as the app remains installed or until you delete it using available app or system controls. Optional iCloud sync data may remain in your iCloud account until deleted through app controls, iCloud controls, or device/account management tools.

Support emails may be retained as needed to provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by RepliRest. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and RepliRest cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

RepliRest is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@dilladev.com.

International Use

RepliRest is operated from the United States. If you use RepliRest outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Apple or service providers operate.

RepliRest provides informational wellness estimates. Sleep scores, recovery scores, readiness estimates, predictions, correlations, patterns, and reports are not medical advice. RepliRest does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. For emergencies, contact emergency services.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app, on our website, or through other appropriate channels.
